I have thought long and hard about this and am now willing to stick my head out and state that I will vote no to all 4 resolutions. I do have significant skin in the game (3 million at ~3c average), so I did not make this decision lightly.

My main concerns are that the elected members have no experience, no contacts, and no concrete plan. I've had a read over the proposed goals of the 249d group on their webpage. What they laid out was not detailed enough for me to accept that they will benefit the current project and SHs.

There is no programming. No financial considerations and/or estimations. No mention of HOW they will proceed with their plan, only WHAT they would like to do. My patient grows thin with the current board, but not thin enough to vote yes to the proposed candidates that appears more of a net negative than positive.
