As a holder significantly in the red, I've observed the happenings of this stock with increasing interest/concern over the last 6months.
I've sat on the fence for a while, but after having considered both sides of the argument I've made my decision and voted to keep BB.
I don't see the value with throwing the baby out with the bathwater. Incremental improvement is harder but more valuable IMO than starting again. From a psychological perspective, there is a natural inclination to tear down the existing heirarchy and build a new one, but we should beware our own inclinations. IMO this is a the LAST option to be employed, and only when the alternative is far better. I don't see it here.
I appreciate the work and initative Stoaty and his team have done. I think the mere threat that this has been for the current board is a wakeup call.
