Easy to say 'lets hope this is a wake up call' -unless you have millions of dollars invested. It goes against the nature of particularly the larger investors to meekly sit back and watch as things are done wrong and not done as promised. Watching the value disappear. This will hurt me big time to see this company go under, but not as much as it will hurt others.
Nothing ventured - nothing gained and thanks for letting us know you are one who is going to sit on your hands hoping for a rabbit to be pulled out of the hat.
Baby and bathwater? we don't even know if we had a baby as no-one has actually seen it (SS- pending)
Perhaps, rightly or wrongly- it may serve as a wake up call that will coax them into action.
Maybe you are right but I do wonder how much skin you have in the game? Your business is none of my business and I am not asking for a reply.
