FWIW I see just about every smallcap is doing the constitution bit, must be an ASX thing.
To see how well cobalt is going on the ASX, have a look at the AUZ forum. Seems there were death threats at the AGM yesterday, which probably suggests things aren't looking too good.
I'm predicting most will rotate into other minerals, if they still have any cash left.
