So once we have the 14mil in the bank, the aim then is to secure more of Dathomir and Cominere share to take AVZ holding up to 80%-90%. The thing I can see is that if we then decide to try to then sell off this % to another European consortium then CATL will get upset. In fact, I am surprised it won't be a term from Yibin that we cannot use these funds to secure further partners through reselling % of the company.
