Sorry I should have phrased that question a bit better , what I’m asking is if we vote in favour of Yibin deal in jan at general meeting and then a better offer pops up mid Jan does the Yibin deal still have to go ahead ?? Or can it be waived within the 84 days ??
I would be voting for the deal as of now as it’s all we have and it should lead to offtakes and considerably de risk AVZ , however we will be in bed with China from that point on ,,
