I spoke with AVZ and was told that another offer could be made to AVZ ( they cant go and solicit due to the deal with Yibin ) but if a company did make an offer AVZ would engage an independent to audit the offer and make a recommendation to AVZ if they thought it was better then the current one tabled by Yibin.
