Furthermore to all this, I am not per se against the Yibin Tianyi deal by any means. If this truly is in good faith the means by which CATL are going to make their entry into AVZ/Manono and it will be followed up with fair off take agreements and project financing (hopefully off the back of further JV percentage acquisitions from Dothomir and Comminiere) then awesome, this will make us shareholders very wealthy in the future. The board just need to be sure that CATL aren’t going to try screw us in the process. This is the unknown.
