The Subscription Agreement has been executed.

Yibin have to either satisfy their conditions or waive them within 84 days (subject to shareholder approval).

If you count from the 11 of November that gives them exactly until the end of January next year.

Although AVZ have executed the subscription agreement its not a done deal. It still needs to be voted in by shareholders. If it's not voted in they will have to re-negotiate the agreement.
