If Zoe Kabila or associates are actively still involved, I see Felix Tshisekedi as ‘draining the swamp’ as inferrable from comments from AGM I’ve heard………… AVZ could acquire 90% of project interest.
I also note Dathomir do not hold a board seat anymore. It may be Dathomir is selling, Cong Maohuai has other projects as always.
As for wanting to influence…………. I see Kabila just wanting to get this cross border economic zone around the Lake moving. They’ve been working at it for several years.
I would not emphasise Kabila’s role at this stage………… especially since change of government in Kinshasa.
Let’s see how the hydroelectric station unfolds......... This will be an indication of how much Tshisekedi’s government is in control now.
