Are you even following the substance of what is being discussed enough to care?

Specifically do you even care whether the exclusivity and restrictions of 1.2 (C) are currently in effect?

That is kinda the basis of this thread - the resolutions proposed for the general meeting.

And if you do care - what do you think? Did you get in touch with the company or work it out from reading the material we already had?

And if you do care (but haven't gotten in touch to ask) - will you believe me or Deboss more if I post to tell you I inquired and I was right in my interpretation?

I'm trying to establish a bedrock of accepted community truth about things that should be matters of fact not opinion - like do we currently have an agreement with exclusivity and restriction provisions in effect or not.
