I'm trying to establish a bedrock of accepted community truth about things that should be matters of fact not opinion - like do we currently have an agreement with exclusivity and restriction provisions in effect or not.

I really don't understand what your issue is with contacting Leonard. Did you p$&s him off or something? Wouldn't surprise me.
