I said I was going to make contact with email not the phone. No that's not my agenda. I'm answering you specifically (though I feel like I'm repeating myself) because you engaged with the SAS to SA question and found links - and that helped depend the discussion and I appreciated it.

You might be right yet. I want to examine the deal (its more than a mere connection we are being asked to approve its a particular deal with a particular structure - and it seems some folks don't yet understand the structure or are uncertain about when exclusions and restrictions for instance kick in ). That's a matter of fact. I don't want to have lots of discussion going past each other (all the way to the 3rd of January wouldn't be impossible) with people disagreeing about what is a matter of fact as if it was a mere matter of opinion.
