    I don’t see any issue with a 10:1 consolidation. Value of your stake in the company is unchanged.

    interesting timing to do it though so gotta wonder why now?

    Probably just trying to shake off that penny stock scent now we are in the bigger leagues.

    The US listing angle has sone merit though. The company is US based, many of the large investors buying are US based, most of the customers are US based....
