Seems strange with only a billion shares or so on issue. There is no reason given just the usual we recommend shareholders vote for the recommendation. They may give more clarity at the AGM. I haven't been apart of many reconciliations that have boosted the share price. They may have some killer announcements expected around the same time to keep the sp buoyant. News was sprooked to flow by end of year which a few hear have anticipated could see us pushing over 10c or 100mill m/c, I for one have no issue with the current shares on issue or share price. Happy to see a great announcement reflecting a sp in the teens or a mc of 150+ mill.
