Its very easy to vote online. For those that received an email from Computershare titled 'Universal Coal plc 2020 General Meeting'
Open the email and, in the 'How to vote' section, click the 'Vote here' button.
Enter your postcode, then click the 'LOGIN' button.
Confirm your identity by clicking the 'I AGREE' button.
Select the 'Enter my vote' option
Click the 'I AGREE' button to confirm acceptance of the terms and conditions.
Click the 'CONTINUE' button to confirm that CHESS nominees will vote as you direct them.
Select your voting preference. FOR, AGAINST or ABSTAIN then click the 'CONTINUE' button.
Confirm you vote by clicking the 'SUBMIT' button.

To maintain an independent board I urge all shareholders to vote AGAINST the resolution to remove John Hopkins from the board of directors.
