So this pretty much sums it up - balance of board power is lost. Why any shareholders or holder who aren't these two companies would vote Yes to remove JOhn is beyond me.

I hope everyone here makes their vote count - no matter how big or small your shares are in voting No, as I can't see any benefit at all apart from those directors seeking his removal....

They alert you to the "take over provisions' for context - which is VERY TELLING, as subtle/direct as they can put it.
