Interesting... the share price has tripled from the price at which DGO is asking for shares at... I know it could be strategically advantageous to have DGO holding a 10% blocking stake but maybe they could just buy those few shares on the open market like the rest of us have to?
I’d be surprised if the second motion, which issues shares to DGO at a 66% discount, isn’t withdrawn!
