The $500k offered by DGO was in the last CR at 4.5c....which at the time was a 10% discount to the prevailing SP.
You might want to ponder DGO's past history.

DGO have contributed a total of $9.292297m in DEG CR's...including latest $0.5m.
DGO's initial $5m was 83% of capital raised, 2nd pur of $3.792297m was 20% of cr and last $0.5m is 10% of cr.
Now gives them 111,957,046 shares @ 0.083c/sh av.
DGO will now hold 10.67% of DEG holdings....which will now be 1049,661,822 shares on issue.

Obviously DGO have been a substantial source of funding, which without, we may not be in the position we are now.

So ludicrous to suggest SH's should not allow funding or Company to withdraw the resolution.
Could only imagine the consequences for future CR.
