I have a question. Given there is no mention of it can we assume that CATL has decided not to nominate somebody to become a non-exec board member, according to their rights whilest they hold > 7.5% PLS stock ?
If true, what does it indicate about their support for the company or does it simply mean they are happy with progress and prefer not to interfere with current plans as stated by the board ?
It's not a criticism. l just think that the arrangement is quite curious. We read a lot about CATL in the report, but there was nothing about this matter.
