Really hate seeing these pitiful performance targets.
I normally would be of the opinion that every vote counts but in these cases it never helps. The register is dominated by people at the high end that will vote yes. It will be passed with ease. And ice again KB will be validated that he's doing a great job and deserves all the freebies because they were "voted for by shareholders."
how about set a target to at least get the share price back up above a buck? How about a performance target to actually sell what they produce? A performance target to get costs down to a certain level and profits up?
Nope. Too hard.
