    Am i reading this announcement right ?. That's a lot of shares they want to issue !. If that gets the vote, I'm out of clz. Not enough progress imo to warrant this. I thought Klaus had SP targets to reach before he is rewarded with shares. Or have i completely misread / misunderstood this announcement. Someone please educate me on this.
