it is.....but, it is already what we would have been expecting anyway, nothing new in that, just the usual directors of a company skimming a good thing, it’s amazing how directors of a company who get paid a packet want bonuses and extras for doing their job. If our shares go anywhere near the sp we expect down the track, these “extras” will be worth an absolute fortune to each of them. I am sure we have all seen it many times before. For mine, performance and entitlement shares should be set out from the commencement of a project, not when facts are reasonably known, these guys have gone down a notch imo.
