So 60m options to Clayton. I think he Pays us 842k to exercise these if it gets to 5c...
effectively he gets to buy 60m shares at about avg 1.4c...if he can get it up to 5c and 7c...
pay 842k and get 3m bucks worth of shares.
if I'm right- I have no issues with this. Vote yes.
