i seriously doubt here is any chance of removing this board after looking at the voting ratios which resulted in approval for delisting - clearly the majority shareholders have sufficient control to decide what happens with the company
Don't be surprised to receive a low ball offer to buy you out off ABT in say 6 months or a CR which dilutes trapped small shareholders.
