If you read through the information for the upcoming meeting it shines some light on the grey areas of the JV. The 3 Amigos are nominated by CE and MIN so they won't be dummies. (Hopefully) You would have to ask why put 3 MIN personnel on the board for what is really chump change for MIN. As I mentioned the information being presented for the meeting outlines more positives and opportunities than risk. Reading between the lines and taking a big picture overview I am of the opinion that this may grow to a major offshoot of MIN. These guys can take on the small to mid size cost effective projects with the support of MIN and may even grow or morph into a larger identity under MIN management.
