If these are disputed i recall it doesnt affect this transaction going ahead. But rdg holders would be diluted to 25% with no corresponding tenenents if these are forfeited?

i need to examine the board composition but as you mentioned hopefully MIN is serious about this being a spinoff entity and hence the 3 directors. Having minority say is not my flavor though as your essentially subject to being bullied if you get an overbearing partner.
