For you is post meeting your criteria for investing? Aren't you at all concerned that the transaction being proposed included tenements that are subject to plaint claims? If these are disputed i recall it doesnt affect this transaction going ahead. But rdg holders would be diluted to 25% with no corresponding tenenents if these are forfeited?

i need to examine the board composition but as you mentioned hopefully MIN is serious about this being a spinoff entity and hence the 3 directors. Having minority say is not my flavor though as your essentially subject to being bullied if you get an overbearing partner.
