Factor in more legal fees, salaries, consultant fees, office rent, and further grass roots drilling costs and then IMO you can see more CR’s are required to stay liquid, so unless you are participating in all these CR’s you will be diluted.

Whilst my bias towards VAN is obvious, they are also not without fault particularly with under par CR’s however I have accepted that as a risk but will continue to choose to buy and be non-diluted based on a defined valued asset and share performance.

EB as I have stated before if you have factored in all risk/reward issues relating to DAU (past, present and future) and you are comfortable with your investment decision then I sincerely wish you well. Just allow others to have their opinion.

Interesting and entertaining post as always Kori, " we/your here to help" how altruistic of you. Clearly you don't like DAU and yet VAN has spent how much of their own shareholders money on two attempted (failed) takeovers that has not even given you control? Care to put a figure on the wasted time and capital Kori? So in effect, VAN has a sixteen percent stake in company that it doesn't like, has attempted two takeovers, and now is in legal dispute with, can't make this stuff up mate.

Who's paying for the legal stoush? Well, I expect the loser will have to pay costs, are you that sure that VAN will win?

On the subject of CR's and shares on issue just wondering if you could give us an idea of how many VAN shares you expect will be on issue by the time you guys get to production?
