Only a Month late on the previous advised Meeting of ' Early July ' . I suppose though that it means to me that the announcement of the ' Quarterback ' appointment and Management changes were shall we say ' out of left field ' and perhaps not planned or intended at the time of when they first eluded to ' Early July ' . So this would infer to me that they have somewhat ' Fast Tracked ' the putting in place of the 'Team ' ahead of what may have occurred otherwise , and hence the added need for shareholder approval on performance issues and additional various Options.

All good as far as I'm concerned and all systems go in the First Quarter of this new Financial Year........
