I will keep to my decision for now, but will organise a chat with Francis if possible, If the update is valid I will change accordingly,
not going to hold a grudge against management getting rewarded. Also want to know should we expect any other team members getting these type and volume of performance shares in future.
(J, K, L ) I have issues with
H and I have the correct time measure for the Dr., should be applied to Rezos K and L, not this 36 months.....
J up to 36 month for DFS.
These timelines need to be tightened.
Rezo should be tied in more to funding goals instead of PFS should be (BFS or FID)
All IMO, vote how you see fit.
