it is rather annoying especially when they don’t get any commentary or their opinion.
@Fatman8 my understanding it would be the loans are an asset because they are still not technically overdue thanks to the board but really should be a liability given the lack of attempts in paying back any of the loans and secured against the directors shares of the same company (thus itself).
