Yeah I know what you are saying about the share dilution not impacting the P&L but it seems it sure did impact the share price. And yeah he didn't have any other choice but to issue more shares to keep the company going until it is able to make a profit. Hopefully he can get things happening in this 2nd half of the year. Will be keeping a close watch but going to be harder seeing he will not be issuing monthly figures anymore.
