It is a shame that they haven't included the $60m+ Franking Credits held within the company for either the valuation or the 'Buy-Back'.
Surely it could be constructed better to provide a better outcome for shareholders with the 'Buy-Back' comprising of a capital component and a dividend (Fully Franked) component.
