Has anyone bothered to look at the DOCA? I assume there are more approvals required of the shareholders to move ahead with it beyond changing auditors. At some point general meetings must be convened to vote on whatever those steps are. Or perhaps not. Perhaps changing the auditor is the only DOCA requirement that needs to go to the shareholders.
