What annoys me is also these are in small print!

Other companies with similar market cap, their directors' fee are nowhere near these numbers. While I agree Charles and Ivan's salaries are lower than the industry, the exorbitant director fees more than compensate for it. In fact, other companies MD and CFO make less when you look at the Nett amount. The performance and rights also seem excessive to me when compared to others.

@ACIM since you are the new Kleuskenn, would appreciate if you could write to them and ask them to justify it. Subject to their reply I might vote otherwise.
