Without trying to stir disent in any way, I actually disagree with board members getting performance right shares - like all employees, good performance should be rewarded with keeping their jobs. They get well paid for the work they do.
Just my personal philosophical stance of course and it is applied to all companies. Don't know why we shareholders are so reticent to speak up more about it.
Yes, and I am one who is guilty about being quiet too.
