Yes - The service rights and performance rights should be voted down. The hurdle rate should be at least $1 if not more. The hurdle rate of 36 cents is a joke on shareholders - which planet these guys live on - the current share price is already more than the hurdle price - so what incentive or motivation for these guys.
it is now clear why the chairman resigned - he would not have tolerated these freebies.
If these resolutions are passed, I won’t touch this share even with a barge pole - too many alarm bells will be ringing
