Looks like today’s general meeting at 2pm will vote on issuing roughly 100,000,000 new shares. Will this dilute the share pool by 14.3%?
15 day VWAP = $0.189
25% discount = $0.142
Are these numbers correct?
Hoping someone can help with the significance of these numbers. I’m a new investor with 300k units of CPH.
