I don't agree with the LIPO's they are virtually guaranteed to divest on both counts & as stated if shareholders don't agree they will have to use funds from exploration/operating costs to reward them. So in actual fact it's extra remuneration plus as you pointed out the last AGM they got allocation of LIPO's & every year previous to that it was unlisted options issued after AGM's.
