I have mentioned before on this thread that I stupidly followed QFY after they 'morphed' from WHL Energy...ie. rebirthed. I had lost considerable $$ in WHL Energy but was assured that QFY was the next 'thing'. No ones fault but my own. One, Gary Castledine, was behind the scenes with WHL Energy as a 'financial organiser' via an entity called Indian Ocean Capital. You may wish to Google the history of IOC...or not. Raised the $$, paid their wages and bonuses, then were 'voted out' or simply left. Point being same entities are involved again, this time changing the name to Zimi.
Mr Castledine was also involved with a company called Exoma Energy (EXE) as Chairman of the Board, with IIC involved as financial 'consultants'. EXE ultimately was financially ruined but not before 'bonuses' and salaries were paid.
These guys do this 'for a living'.
