My information came from a general conversation and I was not actively seeking answers about this loan. You are questioning this resolution and I told you how you can find the answers to your questions and it seems you’ve already sent an email, so you might even find out more than I have.
As for your statement about there being no loan due at the time of the merger, you then completely contradicted yourself by saying there was a loan!? Confused!
