Apologies if I came across as hostile not my intention at all, and I did not ask you to disclose who you spoke to so that's fine.

Please re-read my post if you are confused or ask further questions I'm happy to discuss my views this is a forum after all. What I said was "the whole loan was not owed at the time of the merger" ie the $1.9m. This is what you have been saying to justify that the 74,000,000 shares being issued to repay the loan was agreed initially. I'm simply saying I don't believe that to be the case.
