i have always over many years backed the best management and resource assets on my small caps investments... the majority that i have based this on have done well over a period of time..
u can spot the crap management... they announce fluffy nonsensical announcements regularly, talk themselves up... the sound managers generally only put out meaningful annoucements, heavily invest in the company themselves and dont ask for pay rises when share price heads south
REE management are crap... and a company with crap management, even with a good potential resource is a bad investment..DYOR
