    Just wait up there on Go Hard and the hand over of the Proxy due have you read the employee incentive plan fully yet.
    No you won't have because its not tabled but will be tabled at meeting so I will be asking for a copy sent to me.
    What incentive we haven't drilled anything yet and are purely living right now on speculation that we will hit something and the hand is out for 5,000,000 shares as an incentive per annum busted up between elected officials and employees.

    What about waiting till we see real share value increase and say put some milestones against said incentive plan. When share holders see shares values in $$$ you can claim the incentive not before.

    The incentive is your monthly wages paid to you as per normal company / employee relationship.
    At present Mr Ross Browns annual salary is $267,000 + 9.5 super and expenses card probably attached inclusive of company motor vehicle I assume and fuel card. Health Benefits could also be part of his package.
    Now I understand he has a degree & runs an ASX listed company but his annual remuneration is quite ok seeing the Market Cap at present. ( yes this can be reviewed later if said market cap increases and share holders reap benefit but not until a market or share sum is achieved due we are not even close yet).
    We the share holders as yet truly don't know the direction that this company is heading and the hands are already out for incentives.
    Yes incentives are a good driving force, but milestones must be submitted for incentive recognition and not just time spent in company.
    Due there are many share holders that have waited along time and purchased to average down and still haven't broken even as yet where is the incentive for over the years of constant raises and keeping the company doors open.
    To many ASX listed company directors put there hands out for incentives well before the base share holders have actually received significant growth to warrant said incentive plan which creates dilution.

    The rank and file holder weathered the storm the loss of S32 the COVID-19 situation the on going requested raises blindly considerate of the company needs to keep the doors open and move forward.

    Suddenly the directors want incentive payments when the the share holders also did the heavy lifting via continuous capital raise sums blindly following from suggestion.

    Watch out Alpacas before you know it we will be back to 600 m shares and rising as shares get handed round. Got to try and keep a lid on it. We did not consolidate to amass shares again be mindful of freebies.
