I have been told on a few occasions that this saying goes on to say...

"Paying gold plated peanuts usually only buys greedy monkeys."

I think we have been fortunate with our most recent directors who saved us from potential disaster. We are in a new stage of development and it is hoped that our new, as yet untried as Metallica directors, are just the right people to realise Metallica's potential. My assumption is that our previous directors were instrumental in their choice of replacements so I am hopeful we might even look forward to the lofty objectives that were espoused for Metallica when I first bought in....seemingly many eons ago.
