I think the highlighted year should be 2021 as it doesn't seem to make sense in relation to the rest of this section.
I don't think directors should be able to exercise their options for free..............it doesn't align with the requirements of other shareholders. I find that a little disappointing but nothing to lose sleep over.........what I really don't like is that the directors can pay less than the exercise price if the SP collapses and they sell on market after the escrow date........
