The pit brine is just concentrated native brine. It basically had a head start.
The more important question is whether the trench flows will match DFS.
The commissioning is important but switched on investors will be just as interested in whether they can achieve steady state. The commissioning will give the impression they are further ahead than they are, Williamson pit had the same impact.
We have no idea what the SOP equivalent of harvested salts and brine amounts to at Lake Way. This is in contrast to the situation at Beyondie.
I think everyone will brief a sigh of relief when/if these guys achieve steady state, even non-holders.
