    I imagine NST can drive the negotiations hard given they can leave this on the never never - agree $15m is cheap for whats to come but then again it provides greater incentive to get NST moving. CTP is small beer for NST with the new joint venture we have another source of info to drive the sp. I think once this goes through the foot comes of the neck - 50% share of the CTP with no debt and plenty of historical losses should see this somewhere in the 10 to 15c range.
