Long lead items were manufactured as part of the early start program.
These were components that aren't off the shelf spec and usually take months to manufacture.
Our EPC partner is ready to ship these - this is stated in multiple announcements, and most recently in point 5 page 2 of today's announcement.
Not sure why you continue with your unscrupulous and misleading ways Spid.
The next phase of EPC is yet to be finalised, and is expected to be done so in the coming weeks (pg 3 of the announcement).
